3rd Shift Machine Operator

A dynamic and growing manufacturing facility in Weaverville, NC is looking to hire a team of 3rd shift machine operators to start a new line. This line will support a cutting-edge customer. You'll learn several points of machine operation to take a product to completion.

Competitive pay rate of $18per hour with $1 shift differential benefits when hired
Schedule is Monday-Friday 11pm to 7:30am

Candidate must be able to train on 1st shift for the first two weeks
Raise once hired on based upon performance

This is what your day will look like:
• You will be operating entry level and then advanced CNC equipment based on your experience
• You will help with loading and unloading parts into the machine
• You will help with quality inspection
• You will be operating more than one machine at a time as you learn and grow
• Be able to perform end of line inspections
• Be able to perform basic preventative maintenance like measuring fluids, checking oil and changing filters as needed
Advanced Skills include but not limited to:
• In process measurement on parts
• Filing paperwork daily
• Advanced operations with CNC machines
