Job Description

Summary:

As the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for helping the Founder of the organization both professionally and personally. The Executive Assistant will act on his behalf to increase his productivity by assisting with research tasks, dictated note taking, correspondence, technology assistance, travel booking, and special projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Transcribing notes to digital format and handling correspondence
  • Office responsibilities of printing, scanning, filing, and sorting
  • Calendar management inclusive of travel
  • Provide content management for website and social media platforms
  • Bookkeeping including accounts payable and verifying corresponding POs/receipts
  • Assist with brainstorming activities including market research, vetting potential vendors, overseeing vendors, project management and presenting recommendations
  • Provide personal assistant assistance as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or personal assistant capacity
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Possess strong communication skills both written and verbally
  • Detail orientated with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Strong technology skills including PC computer/phone systems, Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs
