Job Description
Spherion is hiring Customer Service Representatives immediately in Asheville, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a customer service position but this is not required. Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply!
Working Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
-Take incoming calls and provide answers to frequently asked questions
-Assist customers
-Schedule appointments
-Scan and fax documents
-Data entry duties as required
-Coordinate the preparation, editing and distribution of correspondence, reports and documents
Skills and Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Able to work on a team and independently
-Detail oriented and able to work quickly
-Proficient on computers
-Previous experience with multi-line phone system
-Able to type 30+ WPM
-Able to scan, fax and manage sensitive documents
