Job Description

Our client, a well respected healthcare facility, is in search of patient customer service for their pre arrival department. This role provides job diversity which includes:

  • Talking with patients on the phone in preparation for their medical procedure
  • Verifying patient demographics
  • Confirming insurance information, copays, payments
  • Collecting payments

Schedule is Monday through Friday daytime hours. $17/hr to $20/hr DOE.

Great opportunity for both experienced candidates with medical knowledge and customer service strong entry level candidates.

The team is looking for a permanent team member.

As this is a healthcare facility, joining the team requires a TB test as well as childhood and current medical vaccinations (Flu and COVID).
