Pre-Service/Insurance Follow-up Representative

A medical facility needs an insurance verification & authorization team member to join their dynamic group.

Pay rate will be between $15/hr - $18/hr and there are several shifts to choose from.

The right candidate will perform a variety of complex duties in support of patient access, and the overall registration functions. This includes obtaining pre-authorizations from insurance companies for patient services and calling patients to inform them of out-of-pocket expenses, collecting deposits, and arranging payment arrangements.
