Minimoves is in search of motivated, customer oriented, hardworking individuals interested in a stable career as a Customer Service Move Coordinator. Immediate positions available.

Responsibilities:
· Manage the entire move experience for our corporate clients relocating employees
· Single point representative focused on driving a quality experience that exceeds our customer’s expectations
· Manage requests to customers’ internal policy and authorized service matrix
· Act as an advocate for transferee to ensure all services needed throughout move process are scheduled and performed
· Respond to challenges as needed with a cool head while maintaining a sense of urgency.


Requirements:
· Excellent customer service skills and positive "can do" attitude
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Computer savvy
· Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday
· Ability to multitask and organize workflow to meet deadlines
· Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills required
· Attention to detail
· Ability to handle a fast paced work environment
· Must pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background search
· Prior moving and storage experience is preferred but not required
