What is your refund policy?
Finding candidates today is NOT easy. Low unemployment rates and heavy competition for talent means this is a candidate driven marketplace. As such – we cannot guarantee nor refund any orders. We do however want to work with you to help achieve a good return on your investment. If you are unhappy for any reason – please give your account executive a call to investigate what we can do to help improve your response rates.
Do you accept check payments?
Orders placed directly only are made with a valid credit card. Annual contracts can be setup for payment by check or bank draft.
Can I get help with writing my job posting?
Orders placed at $149 and higher qualify for a complimentary consultation / review of your job posting for best practices assessment and optimal performance. A customer service representative can direct you in this process.
