Diana’s Story
From Hospitality to Hospital

My background is in Hospitality & Retail  Management, while my work experience has varied in fields of customer service, housekeeping, visual merchandising and employee training/development “ I am definitely not cookie cutter”.  I came to Mission because they allowed people with eclectic, colorful, and unconventional backgrounds the opportunity to develop new ideas, foster innovation and support change throughout our system.

What Diana Does
EVS Training & Education Coordinator

I am currently the Training and Education Coordinator for Environmental Services. My role is to onboard, train, and evaluate all environmental services technicians onboarding into Mission Hospital. Recently, I became our department’s liaison for our Career Exploration Center, assisting current team members to explore growth opportunities throughout the system.
