What Diana Does
Supervisor – Quality Assurance & Patient Ambassador
Proactively resolves and anticipates patient issues and provides follow-up to ensure any Environmental Services issues are resolved to the patient’s satisfaction. Solicits patient feedback and supports the efforts of the EVS Management Team in improving the patient experience and increasing HCAHPS scores. Knowledge of the basic workings of the EVS department. Demonstrates excellent customer service. Acts in a professional manner at all times. Takes part in activities such as (but not limited to) Patient Surveys and Patient Room Inspections. Assists in patient room cleaning to address immediate concerns. Evaluates cleaning protocols are followed and cleaning results are consistent with high quality outcomes.
